1Who is The Consistent Clients Roadmap course for?
The course has been designed for service-based small business owners and solopreneurs who want to learn more about marketing and how to set up the structures and systems needed to book clients consistently.

It would be suitable for you if you are:

  • Not sure where to start or what to do when it comes to marketing
  • Exhausted at the thought of marketing and want systems to save time
  • Wanting to learn how to improve your marketing return on investment

  • In a startup or early growth stage of business (0-3 years)
    2How long does it take to complete the course?
    As a small business owner, I know that time is precious. That's why I've broken the course materials down into small chunks so it is easier for you to consume.

    The course is run over a period of 8 weeks. The first week is an introductory week, followed by six learning weeks (where one online module will be released each week). The last week is a graduation week where you'll also have the chance to ask any final questions that you have.

    Ideally, you would need to set aside 2-3 hours of learning time each week to watch the videos, complete the worksheets, participate in group calls and ask questions in the closed Facebook study group. In terms of implementing what you have learned, this will be dependant on the stage of business you are in and the level of marketing you need or want to undertake. You have lifetime access to the course materials so you can come back to a module and review it if required.
    3Can I do the course at my own pace?
    Yes, you can complete the course at your own pace as you will have lifetime access to the course materials. There are weekly coaching calls and emails to help you stay on track, but they are only a guide. If you have questions that you would like me to respond to these must be asked during the 8 week period.
    4What happens if I fall behind or can't make a coaching call?
    The group coaching calls are conducted via Zoom which means I can record them and make them available to you to watch later. If you can't make a call, then you can submit a question by email or in the Facebook study group prior and I will answer it on the call. You have lifetime access to the materials, so you can always catch up on the material at a later time when life becomes a bit quieter.
    5Is there an opportunity to work with you 1-to-1?
    Yes, there is an option to upgrade to the VIP package which includes 2 x 45-minute 1-to-1 coaching sessions with me. I will conduct a short assessment call with you at the beginning of the course to discuss the outcomes you are seeking to achieve and the scheduling of these calls.
    6Are there payment plans available?
    Yes, there is the option to pay in three equal installments. The first payment will be processed upfront, with the second payment processed at the end of the first month and the third payment processed at the end of the second month. Click the terms and conditions link at the bottom of this page for more detail regarding my payment terms.
    7Is there a course guarantee?
    I would never want you to be unhappy. If you commence the course but feel like you are not getting any value or if it is not for you then you can apply for a refund within the first 14 days of the course commencing. Any payments made to this point would be refunded, less a $100 administration fee. No refund requests will be granted after the first 14 days. Access to all course materials and bonus courses would be revoked at the time of cancellation.
